The Senior Information & Referral program is a phone-in-service which familiarizes seniors with programs and services available to the elderly. The program provides call-in clients with a means of accessing and obtaining these programs and services. If Spectrum’s programs do not meet their needs, staff members will refer callers to other community-based agencies, as well as send out information from Spectrum’s resource files.
