		We serve nutritious meals to folks 60 years and older and their spouses, (regardless of age) to improve their health and the quality of their lives.

		Spectrum’s meals are a vital part of Adult Day Care Programs that care for frail seniors. In the same vein, Spectrum provides meals for HIV inflicted individuals relying on support clinics for care and counseling.

		Volunteers serve Spectrum’s meals to folks of all ages as well as families who are down on their luck and need a helping hand and a good meal.


		Healthy, home-delivered meals are available for homebound seniors (60 years and older) who are unable to prepare their own food.
