Please do not call for the status of LIHEAP/LIHWAP applications. Requesting the status of a LIHEAP/LIHWAP application prevents our processing team from working as quickly as possible and slows the process for yourself and all other applicants in Alameda County.

We will notify you by postcards or email the dollar amount when we have processed your application. The process could take up to 8-10 weeks for the State to credit your PG&E account. Please remember we are a non-emergency program.

When finished, mail your completed application and required documentation to:

Weatherization Applications

Weatherization applicants must complete both the LIHEAP and Weatherization applications. Please complete the LIHEAP application first. Both applications are included in the download.
