What the Connect program offers:

Clients are paired with a volunteer who will provide companionship through a phone call or visits. This program is geared to build a friendship and help alleviate loneliness and isolation. We offer assistance with pet food for registered seniors.

Qualified clients are:

60 years and better

Residents of Alameda County
